This article is dedicated to forming of informational description model of technical system as evaluation object. Semantic network for evaluation object basic properties description if developed. It allows to structure input information, describe network nodes attributes and relations types. Requirements for structure and content of documents, which is necessary for object evaluation are analyzed. Dedicated to compute documental and informational supply coefficients. Semantic network elements weight coefficients determination method is described for evaluation object characters importance estimating.
