The analysis is performed for the main problems of practical use of the present global navigation satellite systems (GNSS). It is suggested creating of a ground local pseudolite-based radionavigation system, developed particular features of positioning algorithms, showed the difference between linearization errors when using either pseudolites or present GNSS.
