Models of discrete and continuous distribution laws of random servicing time for redundant service-oriented systems are discussed in the paper. There are two basic redundancy techniques are used: method of parallel execution of redundant services with waiting of all responses and method of parallel execution of redundant services with waiting only the first arrived response. The results obtained provide a foundation for average servicing time assessment of redundant service-oriented systems when response time distribution laws are known for all redundant services.
