This article is devoted to development method for diagnosing of primary open-angle glaucoma on the basis of network analysis, which takes into account the interdependence between signs and feedbacks. The structure of the network model for stage definition of primary open-angle glaucoma was developed. It’s allowed to raise a certainty and validity of decisions at the stage of diagnosis. A vector of limiting priorities stages of primary open-angle glaucoma was obtained. It can be used to select the appropriate method of treatment most likely stage of the disease with the observed signs.
