A requirement in providing of Ukraine by highly skilled specialists of different profile in modern terms requires the new going to organization of process studies in higher educational establishments of the educational system of Ukraine which the purposeful grant of necessary knowledges is carried out within the limits of, abilities and skills, to the learning objects. Comprehensive informatization of sphere of education and use of the controlled from distance technologies in study allow substantially to promote quality of the produced specialists. Effective work of distance learning system needs approach of the systems to the process of learning and construction of effective connections between its subsystems and components. In this connection actual is become by the task of creation and research of mathematical model of distance learning system and its constituents with the purpose of further construction of information technology of higher, which maximally will take into account features and connections between the components of the system and answering the present world standards of quality of education.
