Description: The study of the recently publications shows that the tourism industry recently developed quite rapidly both at the domestic and international markets. This leads to the increasing of software requirements. The article represents the analysis of three software packages that are popular in Ukraine and are suitable to automate business-processes of travel agencies - Overia-tourism, MS Dynamics CRM and Terrasoft CRM systems. The functionality of the systems is almost similar, but the significant advantage of Overia-tourism software application is Ukrainian localization and adaptation to the current Ukrainian legislation.
