Description: The survey analysis of ground forces missile troops fighting application in the Great Patriotic War and armed conflicts of the last decades is given. Missile troops fighting application principle development tendencies and the basic perspective tendencies of scientific researches for development of the theory of their application in Armed Forces of Ukraine operations are presented.
