Annotation: In paper proposed a method of presentation integer problem frequency resource allocation in LTE and WiMAX networks in the form of nonlinear programming problems. The method is based on the fact that the integer character of control variables which are responsible for the order of frequency resource allocation in LTE and WiMAX networks is provided by the additional nonlinear constraints. The transition from the MINLP and MILP problems to nonlinear programming problem solving can significantly reduce the computational complexity of resulting solutions on frequency resource allocation in LTE and WiMAX networks. This is especially important due to the fact that these problems must be solved in real time with minimum requirements for hardware and software of LTE eNodeB or WiMAX Base Station in a permanent increase the number of users (UE and SS).
