Annotation: The structure of the information system for estimating and modelling pollutants behaviour in the air based on multi-component probabilistic model for calculating the concentration of pollutants, which takes into account the spatial location and characteristics of pollution sources, meteorological conditions and topography, has been developed. Integration capabilities of geoinformational systems allow attaching the existing web resources as external data sources for calculating and modeling. The description of the functional blocks of the system and the optimal scenario of their interaction has been proposed in the article.
