Annotation: One of the main characteristics of the quality of service in a telecommunication system is considered. This is the probability of timely delivery of the message in a time not more than specified. The methods used do not take into account the features of hyperconverged platforms. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for calculating the probability of timely delivery of packages, which takes into account the features of hyper-convergent platforms. Results of researches. The causes of packet delay in a hyperconverged system are analyzed. A decompo-sition of the problem is carried out, in which the probability of package delivery is determined. Based on it, analyti-cal expressions for calculating the desired probability are obtained. Conclusion. The proposed method allows us to calculate the probability of timely delivery of packages with centralized management and the absence of heteroge-neous components. This method allows you to increase system performance while increasing the network dimension.
