Description: Critically analysed the requirements for protective structures of civil protection, taking into account the modern features of emergencies. Methodological approaches to classification are havens for civil protection on the basis of current and future options. It is shown that these approaches can be considered in the design and construction of new defence equipment and retrofitting.
