Description: The paper presents a review of the experience and trends in initial flight training military pilots of foreign military forces. It is concluded that the main trend in the improvement of the system of training pilots is providing training for the armed forces of the required number of pilots to the needs of quality at the lowest cost and the highest level of safety.
