To the question about measuring of doppler frequency signal reflected from spot after limits of radio horizonabove sea
Description: Mathematical instrument, allowing on the criterion of a maximum of logarithm of relation of verisimilitude to synthesize the algorithm of the optimum measuring of Doppler frequency of signal, reflected from a target, spot above a sea outside distance of line-of-sight is developed in the article. The feature of this article is a receipt of the sought after algorithm for the arbitrary cross-correlation function of fluctuation of phase as it applies to the use of phasometer method of measuring of Doppler frequency, signal reflected from a target.
