Description: This work proposes an improved methodology of assessing the effectiveness of information areas, which include S dissimilar channels with varying bandwidth. This technique also allows to take into account three separate, independent and random processes such as aging information, sending messages and restoring channels of communication in consequence of their failure due to different reasons.
