Description: In article is offered the variant to demodulation of signals N-OFDM, protected from noise, connected to their processing in two stages. Stages of realization of an offered variant of demodulation of signals N-OFDM are considered, corresponding analytical expressions are resulted. Advantages of the offered variant of signal processing N-OFDM in two stages in comparison with a processing variant in one stage are resulted, its value in scientific and practical areas is analyzed, directions of the further probings are resulted.
